Delivery Information

​All of our parcels are sent out tracked, allowing our customers to follow every step of the way. The cost of shipping will depend on the weight of your parcel and time frame - this will be calculated at the checkout. 

Incomplete delivery address

If you have filled in your delivery address incorrect or incomplete we will not be able to create a shipping label without being provided with the correct details. This may add time to your delivery as we will need to contact you before sending off your parcel. 

​How will I know when my item has been dispatched? 

You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email that will be sent to the email address provided on the order details. 

​Delivery terms and conditions; 

​We are unable to take responsibility for our parcels that are lost in transit or go missing after proof of delivery has been obtained. If you have not received your parcel, we will need to start a claims process with your chosen carrier which can take up to 30 days.

Cost of shipping will not be refunded if the below circumstances are met;

- Parcel has been attempted to be delivered with no response

- Incorrect shipping information which has been provided on the order

As a customer it is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping information and to be present at the time of delivery. 

As a business we will not take liability for these incidences.
